Local translation

Local translation misses a lot of features offered by crowdsourcing systems such as Hive: glossary, translation memory, comments, etc. Still, some people prefer to work locally.
Although now translations can be loaded from tra/msg files with dir2msgstr setting of msg2po action, it is not a recommended choice.
A better option for local translation is editing PO files directly. There are various specialized tools for working with PO's: POedit, OmegaT, Localize, etc. And of course, any text editor will work too.
