I made it. "Reinstalled" and seted maximum fps to 144 in Nvidia control panel. I don´t know why the game needed too much fps to run smoothly, especially on 60 Hz monitor, but nevermind.

I'm a Strait up computer "noob" but loved fallout 2 as a kid and want to play again, am just about to buy and install but would love to play these extra modifications people have made for it. Would it be hard to install and run these programs with extremely limited computer knowledge?

Hi, I would love to add an Ecco Mod along side ones you already mention. Haven't played F2 for like 10 years and I am really exited that so many cool things were created, so obviously I would love to install them all at once to play thru the game.
Do you know if its gonna worka together and is there any specific order when i should install Ecco??
