cant get fo2tweaks to work in fallout et tu

trying to add fo2tweaks to fallout et tu, but it simply doesnt work. any other mod, both preinstalled with et tu and installed manually works.



path, just to show that its correct
"C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 2\Fallout1in2\mods\fo2tweaks\fo2tweaks.dat"

it tried to put it in different order, but nothing changes

That's not correct, it should be directly in mods, as shown on the screenshot.
