Does the unofficial patch remove censorship from the GOG version?

I'm mainly interested in a patch that fixes bugs and removes the censorship that was added to later versions of the game. Is this the case with the unofficial patch? The github is pretty light on what the unofficial patch actually does.

If you mean the drug/addiction related images and words in game text, yes.
