Unlimited party and hp over head

Hey i need help, after installing Rp and f2Tweaks i cant get "unlimited party and hp over head mod to work", i have searched the forums and cant find the answer. I will attach zax debug file.  greeat and i cant even attach zax file, http error.swell

Both components are disabled in your fo2tweaks.ini.

Omfg, am i that big of a noob... I thougt the part to the end was turning it on, i guess it was only description of what mod does. Ty man, so sry for your time.

Hmm it still doesnt work in the game, Should i start a new save?

Both of mods dont work after setting to "1" in fo2tweaks.ini. I cant see hp over head and when i lower my char to 3 with f2explorer i can disband companions but cant recruit them back. Its a 2 big of a crowd (Lara, Rhea).
