Request: revert translation changes

I'm dumb. As I wrote in another thread I wanted to update the german text files to new spelling rules. For this I've used the search and replace tool online and replaced several thousand strings yesterday. Now I've found that the UP and RPU mods don't contain all msg files from Fallout 2 (most but not all)... Since this leads to bad inconsistencies between different spellings, I would like to revert those changes (it isn't really important anyway). I've tried to upload older po files without these changes, but the upload function still doesn't work properly.

Long story short: Could you please revert the state of the translation to the following:

german RPU po:  commit (tree)
german UP po: commit (tree)

Sorry for the inconvenience. If it's not possible I have to use the replace tool again the other way around...

They do contain, or must contain all text. What did you find missing?

KAGA is a leftover, it's restored in RP, but not needed in UP. COMBATAI is in game dir, I don't know why it's in dialog in your version. That also applies to PIPBOY, QUESTS, SCRNAME. OVRINTRO is a leftover from F1. I'm pretty sure that if you inspect the rest of the files, you'll find that they either are in the wrong dir or aren't used in game. If that is not the case, feel free to raise an issue on github.

Somehow the german version has those files twice in game and dialog. ZCSLAVE.MSG is empty.
Nar_vc1c.txt, FCDOCSQ.MSG and INTRO.SVE only exist in the german version of the game. The latter provides subtitles for the Vault-Tec-Presentation Intro. It could need some spelling edits, but is expendable I think.

Seems the worry was not really necessarry...

Or would it be possible to add intro.sve to the repo? The problem is, there is no english file, so I assume it will not work with the translation system without source strings. One could however create an english file, but that would offer only redundant info for the english viewer.

Ehm, I thought I made myself clear. The file text/<language>/cuts/intro.sve is the subtitle file for the Vault-Tec-Presentation Intro.
It's missing in english/cuts, because the Intro video shows the english text in the video itself. English subtitles for the video would be redundant obviously.

Ah, I missed that. For it to appear in the system there would have to be an english file, yes. It can be removed during the packaging process, so it won't be shown when the game is in English.

Nice. I've put the german and english (transcribed directly from the video) into the attachment. Could you add these to the repo?

Btw., any idea why FCDOCSQ.MSG exists only in the german (or other nonenglish) version? Here's the text run throuh an autotranslator:
