You only need RP or RPU, not both.

Second point have two choices of obtaining RPU.
First from github.com rpu_v26.exe - or second from moddb.com download rpu_v26.exe

RPU is needed, RP is outdated.

Can't update my guide anymore?

RPU is distributed on Github only. I don't know what's on moddb.

Can't edit post? PHPBB probably has some limits on time of editing.

Edit is allowed only till someone write a new message, it looks. I place the guide somewhere, when it will be completed. So u made the brightness mod? Without it is F2 unplayable. I don't know why they did it like that.

Jagged Alliance 2 with newest 1.13 "update" and patch look's great too.

Yes, I made the brightness tweak.
I think it was Pixote's idea to make it dark.

Check out Speed options in ddraw.ini, and also ProcessorIdle.
