FO2 RPU DON'T SAVE THE GAME

Hi, i recently downloaded, the Restoration Project Update for Fallout 2, i use the GOG version. however, when i started my game, i tried to save the game to see if it loaded correctly, but the problem here, is that the game didn't save it, just says that can't save it, does anyone have the same problem? (Sorry for my bad english)

Does it save without RPU? Do you have F2 installed in Program Files, per chance?

Does having it installed at Program Files really matters? I'm having the same problem and been looking for a solution since it first pop up
