FO2tweaks mod is updated to version 12.9:
- Fixed light level tweak being always enabled.
- Sfall updated to 4.3.3.1.
- Allowed to disable custom map keys by setting value to 0.
- Cosmetic: several components would print initalization messages to
debug.log even when disabled, that is fixed.
