I only know what sfall docs say (and they are generally correct). See the define. It could be a miss, so you also need to check that. Other than that, I think it's reliable. And if not, it should be reported as a bug.

There is no AP or JHP "type". These are just arbitrary names. Therefore, there will be no different formula for them.
I agree that JHP should exceed base damage with no armor, I'll have to revisit that. However, AP starting at 0.65 is exactly how it's supposed to be.

I don't think default is required, but you can easily test yourself. If it compiles, it's fine.

I only ever use the log file, so you'll have to experiment yourself with debugger. (And you're welcome to submit any findings that aren't in sfall doc yet to https://sfall.bgforge.net.)
