RPU for Fallout 2 is updated to version 20.

As usual, it includes all the bug fixes present in UPU v20, as well a number of its own (mostly in EPA area). It also sports new versions of Party Orders, Hero Appearance and HQ music.

With long awaited release of WeiDU v247, MLS v1.14 now supports error checking for tpa, tph, tpp, d and baf files. The latter two formats require specifying game path in VScode settings. As a reminder, hotkey is CTRL-R.
