That's a known incompatibility between RP 2.3.3 and some sfall versions. Both UPU and RPU have a fix for that for some time already. Doesn't really have anything to do with FO2tweaks, other than that it ships updated sfall.

UPU is updated to version 13, finally bringing back a GUI installer.

Edit: removed the link. Both are at version 18 now. You can always find the latest ones in the repos releases.

Finally, the long awaited version 2.0.0 arrived!

The different bullet types should have different effects. JHP should have little to damage against power armors (that is if that applies with realism. I don't know much about real bullet performance) since logic applies they can't punch through them. Right. Although in fact, all ammo mods do that, ...

New FO2tweaks version is released:
  • Finally, area attack with grenades is possible.
  • New auto cursor component saves you some clicking in combat.
  • Hotkeys in config are now in human readable format.
  • Added support for Fallout: Sonora items.
  • And various minor fixes to boot.

  • attach a savegame
  • detail the steps to trigger the bug
  • note versions: FO2tweaks, ddraw.dll, any other mods you have installed. Exact versions, don't just say "latest".
