Ah, my fault. Keeping the game up to date (rpu_v2.4.32) did the trick.

Check out Speed options in ddraw.ini, and also ProcessorIdle. Please, I still didn´t make it. I don´t know why is game so laggy at 60 fps, and need to raise fps cap from nvidia control panel for example to 240 and turn vsync off every time I wan´t to play F2. It's disturbing :(. I made it. "Reinstalled" and seted maximum fps to 144 in Nvidia control panel. I don´t know why the game needed too much fps to run smoothly, especially on 60 Hz monitor, but nevermind.

Oh, another trouble. Game is running around 500 fps and my graphic card goes mad about it. When im playing with vsync or max fps in nvidia control panel game is going laggy. Any clue about that? Thank you.

Did you try to update Fallout 1?
I tried Fixt and Fallout1in2 but i don´t know, someone said vanilla is best.

Edit is allowed only till someone write a new message, it looks. I place the guide somewhere, when it will be completed. So u made the brightness mod? Without it is F2 unplayable. I don't know why they did it like that.

Jagged Alliance 2 with newest 1.13 "update" and patch look's great too.

Second point have two choices of obtaining RPU.
First from github.com rpu_v26.exe - or second from moddb.com download rpu_v26.exe

RPU is needed, RP is outdated.
