Restoration Project v2.3.3, FO2tweaks is v12.6, and ddraw.dll says v3.3

Can't save game
Whenever I extract the files and and start the game I get GLGRUNSPEED: FILESYSTEM OVERRIDE WAS DISABLED, SOME FEATURES FAILED TO LOAD. THE SETTING IS CORRECTED. EXIT AND RE-LAUNCH THE GAME NOW. Then I do that and the mods work, but I can't save any games. Not even If I start a new game. Oh and I pla...
