Yes, sfall native highlighting should be disabled if FO2tweaks version is used. It's mentioned in the ini, I'll add a note to readme as well.

@Atmol what's your sfall version? Try setting "Enable=1" in "[Debugging]" section of ddraw.ini.

I spent a couple of hours going through the documentation and eventually I gave up. It would take me an awful lot of time to get the knowledge required to do this. Hi, Alonso.
I assume you mean syntax highlighting? That's relatively simple, just need to create a tmLanguage syntax file for it, and register it in the extension. Examples here, a working tra regex here.
